Customs Support Group Welcomes Harry Ginschel as Chief People Officer

Following our growth strategy and commitment to talent development, Customs Support Group (CSG) is proud to announce the introduction of the Chief People Officer (CPO) role. Effective December 2nd, 2024, Harry Ginschel will join CSG as Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Harry will be based in Stuttgart, Germany.

Harry Ginschel's Leadership Experience and Impact at CSG

With over 20 years of international people leadership experience, Harry brings a wealth of expertise essential for strengthening our people function and driving our team agenda forward. 

Going beyond traditional HR, Harry, in his new position, will be instrumental in shaping organizational culture across our European footprint, crafting talent development strategies, fostering post-merger integrations, and championing initiatives to enhance positive employee experience at Customs Support Group

Harry’s Background and Previous Leadership Roles

Harry joins us from Master Builders Group (a carve out from BASF) where he held the global people function leadership role. His extensive background spans senior leadership positions in people and human resources management across organizations of up to 10,000 employees, including BASF, General Electric, Ericsson, and several private equity-owned companies across diverse industries.

Known for his strong business acumen, HR value creation, and proven track record in developing talent growth strategies that drive business success, Harry is a valuable addition to our leadership team.
